Both
center elements were cast in the same flask.
They need some clean up and sandblasting and they will be
ready to install in the door frames.
The sandblasting not
only preps the aluminum for the painted finish it also has
a blending effect. It has a tendency to soften some of the
details so it's best not to get carried away in the blasting
phase. This assembled unit is ready to be installed in the
frame.
