I had the pleasure of making this table while working at Klahm
and Sons. This table design is inspired from an image in an
old book. It was just the inspiration, the new design/ table
was altered, by Jack Klahm to meet the new height
requirements. The armature, or part under the decorative
metalwork, was done by Jack. The project was then handed over
to me to finish. The incredible painted finish is the work of
a graphics artist and friend, Dennis Graves. Each and every
grape was forged under a power hammer, one at a time.
